Shipping policy

Delivery depends on the product, the destination and the type of order.

The Bloom Console ships worldwide, flat-packed. The Golden Age Collection is delivered fully assembled across the European Union. The Bloom Integration Kit ships worldwide and is dispatched separately from furniture.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, or quoted separately for custom compositions.

Bloom Console

The Bloom Console is delivered flat-packed, with all components, fittings and instructions required for home assembly.

Estimated delivery timeframe

Bloom Console is on pre-order, with first deliveries from November 2026. After dispatch, transit takes approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on destination, production schedule and stock availability.

Orders are charged at purchase and fulfilled in the order in which they are received; your console is delivered when it is ready.

Delivery service

Delivery is made against signature. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the order at the delivery address.

Shipping costs, duties and taxes

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address, and is additional to the product price.

For destinations outside the European Union, the shipping cost includes all duties, customs fees and local taxes. Your order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): there is nothing further to pay on delivery, anywhere in the world. The total shown at checkout is the final price.

Golden Age Collection

Golden Age pieces are made from White Pearl Valchromat with a protective matt finish, and are delivered as carefully protected, fully assembled elements.

Certain components — the Bloom fan-drawer, removable feet or handles — may require simple installation at home, using the components and instructions supplied.

Delivery service — ground-floor delivery, signature required

Your order is delivered to the ground floor of your building, or to the entrance of your house. A signature is required on delivery.

This service applies to all countries served.

Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, wall fixing, installation, removal of packaging or moving products to upper floors.

Packages weigh between 20 and 40 kg and are bulky. We recommend having a second person available to help carry them from the delivery point into your home.

Dispatch and estimated delivery timeframe

Golden Age compositions are made to order. They are assembled from standard modules and usually ship in about 6 weeks, or within 48 hours on business days when the modules in the order are already in stock.

Most orders are then delivered within approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on destination, carrier capacity and appointment scheduling.

Custom compositions

Compositions created through the configurator are assembled from the same standard modules as our ready-made pieces. Once your quotation is accepted and payment is confirmed, your order follows the same terms as the twelve ready-made compositions: made to order, usually shipping in about 6 weeks, or within 48 hours on business days when the modules are already in stock.

Only pricing is handled individually: a custom composition is quoted before the order is placed, rather than purchased directly at checkout.

Bloom Integration Kit

The Bloom Integration Kit is a component kit designed to integrate Groovaly's patented Bloom fan-drawer system into a custom furniture project.

It is not furniture. It does not include a drawer box, drawer slides, wood panels, furniture structure, installation or assembly service.

Orders ship from France within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday), fully tracked. Most orders arrive within approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery notes

Delivery availability depends on the destination, postcode, accessibility of the address and carrier coverage. Remote areas and islands may not be covered.

For products or compositions requiring wall fixing, the method is explained in the assembly instructions. Wall brackets, screws and plugs are not supplied, as suitable hardware depends on your wall type.

Please check the condition of the packaging on delivery. If you notice visible damage, a missing parcel or any other issue, note it on the carrier's delivery document where possible and contact us promptly with photographs.
