4. Configurator and configuration previews

The Website includes a configurator allowing users to create, preview and submit modular compositions.

Configuration previews, dimensions, prices, capacities, weights, delivery estimates and any other information generated through this tool are provided for guidance only, and are subject to verification, adjustment and confirmation by Groovaly. A configuration submitted through the configurator is a request for a quotation, not an order.

Groovaly may decline, suspend or cancel any configuration or order that does not meet product compatibility, safety, assembly, stability, delivery or usage requirements.

In particular, certain modules and compositions require specific placement rules, supporting modules, wall fixing or other safety conditions, as described on the Website, in the assembly instructions and in the Terms of Sale.

5. User obligations

When using the Website, users agree to comply with applicable law and to use the Website in a lawful, respectful and appropriate manner.

Users agree in particular not to:

  • engage in unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or harmful activity;
  • disrupt, damage, overload or interfere with the proper functioning of the Website, its servers or networks;

  • bypass, disable or interfere with security, checkout, configurator or consent mechanisms;
